What we stock
Seven aisles. Three counters. One supply house.
A supply house is not a home centre. A home centre sells you what fits on its shelves. Arrow carries what an electrician actually asks for, and when a part is not sitting on one of the three counters, it gets special ordered rather than waved off. That is the difference between a retail aisle and a trade counter, and it is why the same door serves a homeowner replacing one outdoor lantern and a contractor picking up a full job's worth of material.
The line card runs deep. Progress, Kichler, Square D, Siemens, Lutron, Generac, Rab, MaxLite, Atlas, Wiremold, Arlington, Thomas, Vista, Sea Gull and Hadco all sit on the shelf here, alongside the boxes, breakers and conduit that never make it onto a showroom wall but are the reason the trade counter exists at all.
The three lead aisles
This is where most of the counter's time goes.
Lighting
Indoor fixtures, outdoor fixtures, security lighting and energy-saving lamps, plus a wide variety of bulbs held in stock at all three counters. Layout and planning assistance is free if you are starting from a bare ceiling box, and Arrow runs builder and model home programs for anyone fitting out more than one room at a time.
- Progress
- Kichler
- Sea Gull
- Hadco

Electrical supplies
Boxes, breakers, conduit, wire, fittings, heat cable and the small hard-to-find parts that stop a job cold. This is the aisle a licensed electrician walks into with a job number in his head, but a homeowner replacing one outlet gets the same counter and the same attention. Special orders cover anything not already on the shelf.
- Square D
- Siemens
- Lutron
- Wiremold

Generac generators
A full line of Generac standby and portable generators for keeping the lights on when the storms come through Harford and Cecil County. Arrow sells the unit and stands behind the sale, and will recommend a qualified, experienced electrician to handle the install, because that is the part that has to be right the first time.
- Generac
- Standby
- Portable

The rest of the line
Four more categories, in two groups.
These do not need a full aisle to explain. They are still stocked at all three counters, still covered by the same special-order policy, and still worth a phone call before you assume something is out of stock.
Lighting, in depth
- LED lightingAtlas, Eaton/Cooper, MaxLite and Rab lamps and panels for indoor and outdoor projects, chosen for the energy and bulb-replacement savings over a full building.
- ResidentialChandeliers, interior and exterior fixtures, landscaping and pool and garden lights, with layout help for a full-room refit rather than a single swap.
- CommercialHigh-quality lighting displays for a storefront or office fit-out, from Vista, Thomas, Sillites and Sea Gull, viewable across all three showrooms.
If it is not on the shelf
We special order what we do not stock.
Between three buildings, Arrow carries a lot of hard-to-find material. When a fixture or a part is not sitting on the shelf at one counter it may be at another, and if none of the three has it, it gets special ordered. Ask before you assume it is unavailable.
Homeowners and licensed electricians use the same counter. Bring the fixture, the part number, or just the job, and someone will tell you straight what it takes.
