Arrow supplies electrical material. We do not install, wire or repair anything, and we will say so up front and point you to a qualified electrician when a job needs one. If you are trying to fix something rather than buy it new, the fastest way to get a straight answer is to tell us exactly what it is.

When you call or write in, include the part or fixture, the room it is going in, and if you have it, the part number off the old one and a photograph. That is usually enough for the counter to answer in one reply instead of asking three follow-up questions.
